war Deine Karte eine registrierte Version oder hast Du auf Deinen Namen registriert?

Hallo Michael,
meine Karte war auf diesen Miro registriert.
Nachdem sie nicht mehr ging mailte er mir, das er mit denen gesprochen hat und eine Umschreibung und Reaktivierung möglich sei.
Nachdem ich die vorgefertigte Mail hingeschickt habe, hat Vodafone geschrieben, das die Karte abgeschaltet wurde und auch nicht wieder reaktiviert wird.

Ich gehe einmal davon aus, dass Miroslav immer die gleichen Daten:
Miro Kralcak , 55 beech park, Cork DOB:18.07.1980
bzw.
Peter Long , 30 dublin street, Cork DOB: 11.11.1977
bei der Registrierung angegeben und Vodafone das als "Suchkriterium" zum Sperren gewählt hat.
Hatte irgendjemand nach Zusendung der Daten die Adresse online geändert (hatte ich getan) ? Ist dann die Karte ggf. trotzdem gesperrt worden ?

und hat mir meine Fragen wie folgt beantwortet:

So here is a summary of a problem with your sim card :
1, Vodafone ireland blocked many sim cards on 29.09.2010.
2, After calls I have made on new few days asking why they blocked those sim cards they started to fix and reactivate all the sim card number I have been sending them to customer care manager. So they fixed many sim cards in that time.
3, Then they have changed mind and deactivated all those fixed sim cards again.
4, I have asked them why and they told me that they were blocked again because different person is using those cards as the person who is registered to that sim card and they told me how to change registration details through email.
5, So I have sent that instrucions to many people hoping that they will change registration details and reactivate those blocked sim cards.
6, after few days they stopped reactivating sim cards and started to send email that it is not possible to reactivate sim card as it is against their policy to move ownership to another person.
7, After my questions if that is OK that I have lot of credit balance on that blocked sim and I think this is a stealing of money they told me that I can send a complaint to

So after this all I can offer you is to send you a replacement sim card which is not registered but without any credit as your credit is stolen by vodafone and after you send your blocked sim card back to my address, I will then test if your sim card is blocked.
9, I am afraid that vodafone ireland just want to steal money from customers and by this blocking of these sim cards they have stolen lot of money.
I am really sorry for this situation but trust me it is not caused because of me but vodafone ireland. It seemd they do not want to that their sim cards are used in europe for cheap internet especially in countries where is another vodafone (UK,DE etc).

Da meine Karte nach wie vor funktioniert, kann ich auch nicht ausprobieren, um der "Umtausch" tatasächlich klappt ...

kann, darf Vodafone meinen Prepaid Vertrag so einfach verändern oder bleiben die Konditionen bei Altverträgen?

Sie haben's einfach getan
Ab 24.11.2010 kostet es € 2,00/Tag.
Nach deren AGB dürftest Du die Karte ja gar nicht haben
- beschweren würde ich mich in diesem Fall nicht wirklich, sonst wird die Karte sicherlich auch gesperrt.

Hallo allerseits,
wenn man denn damit die Karte weiterhin nutzen könnte wäre es ja immer noch wesentlich günstiger als der Vodafone-Deutschland-Roaming-Tarif von 14,95 Euro/ Monat und einfacher als mit einem Dutzend Karten der einzelnen Länder durch die Gegend zu fahren.
Ich habe zwar auch den Standardbrief als Antwort auf meinen Ummeldeversuch bekommen, aber meine Karte wurde noch nicht deaktiviert. Vielleicht hat Vodafone-Ireland mit diesem Irrsinn aufgrund der Protestwelle ja aufgehört und stattdessen den Tarif so angepasst, dass sie nicht mehr drauf zahlen.
In den AGB stand schon immer, dass die Konditionen jederzeit geändert werden können.

Das verstehe ich nicht, lebe derzeit in Irland, was ist daran nicht vertragskonform

ist ja Schade, wollte eigentlich auch so eine Karte bei e... kaufen, aber nu muß man da wohl erstmal hinfahren und dort eine Karte kaufen.
