Hallöchen,

das habe ich dieser Tag bei unserer Afrikanerin gegessen und gerade nachgemacht. Lecker

Zutaten:

1 Päckchen fertig geraspelte Karotten -- war faul
1 Glas Ananas oder frische klein geschnitten
Balsamico Essig
Salz, Pfeffer
etw. Olivenöl
etwas Zucker oder Süßstoff

Alle Zutaten miteinander Vermengen und fertig....... Ist schon fruchtig, süß und pikant...... Ich habe noch etwas Saft von der Ananas dazu gegeben......
