Zutaten:

1 Pack. Frischkäse
1 Dose Thunfisch
2 rote Zwiebeln
Salz
Pfeffer

Zubereitung:

Zwiebeln würfeln und mit dem Frischkäse und dem Thunfisch mit Öl verrühren. Mit Salz, Pfeffer abschmecken.

Für Kalorienbewusste:
Frischkäse mit Magerstufe verwenden. Evt. einen Spritzer Süßstoff verwenden.
