Hackfleisch-Lauch-Topf

500 g Hackfleisch
2 St Lauch
1 Zwiebel
1/2 l Fleischbrühe
200 g Kräuterstreichkäse
Salz
Pfeffer
Paprika

Hackfleisch anbraten.
Den Lauch in Ringen schneiden und die Zwiebel würfeln.
Alles zu dem Hackfleisch geben und kurz durchschwitzen lassen.
Mit der Fleischbrühe ablöschen
Den Kräuterstreichkäse dazugeben und darin zerschmelzen lassen.
Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika würzen.

Dazu Weißbrot oder gekochte Kartoffeln.
